American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine member mailing lists are a cost-effective way of promoting your products or services to a growing market of dentists specializing in management of sleep-related breathing disorders.

To rent the AADSM mailing list, please download and complete the following forms:

• Mailing List Order Form
• AADSM Mailing List Rental Agreement
• AADSM Mailing List Mail House Agreement

Fax or email the completed documents, along with a sample of your mailing(s), to the AADSM National Office at (630) 737-9790 or mailinglists@aasmnet.org. 

Please allow two weeks for processing once the AADSM has received your mailing piece, completed order forms and agreements. Use of the AADSM mailing list is contingent upon approval of the mailing piece.

Note: AADSM mailing list order forms will not be reviewed unless the order form and agreement(s) are completed, signed and a sample is attached.
