Registration Information
Registration for the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine 19th Annual Meeting is now open for AADSM members. Take advantage of this opportunity to secure your space in this year�s most popular sessions and courses before they sell out.

Online registration for the AADSM 19th Annual Meeting will open on Friday, February 12, 2010 for nonmembers.

The general registration fees are listed by membership type below. General registration includes admission to the general session beginning at 1:30PM on Friday, June 4 � Sunday, June 6. Registration also includes 2010 President�s Reception and the exhibit hall.

The AADSM 19th Annual Meeting will feature:

Space is limited in the educational courses and meet the professor sessions, so be sure to register before these sessions sell out.

Ticketed Events
In order to attend educational courses (June 4, 2010 and June 6, 2010) or meet the professor sessions (June 4-5, 2010), you must be registered for the general session. The AADSM does not offer registration to only attend educational courses or meet the professor sessions. These sessions have limited seating and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced purchase of tickets is strongly encouraged. The AADSM does not have a waiting list for sold out sessions. Topics and speakers for the sessions are available in the preliminary program which is available in February. The price of the meet the professor sessions covers the cost of your meal only.

Membership Disclaimer
To register as a member, the registrant must currently be an individual member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a member of the society listed above, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember for all sessions at the prevailing nonmember fees. If you wish to become a member and take advantage of the membership benefits, you must submit your membership application at the time of submission of your AADSM registration form.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the AADSM national office. A $50.00 administrative fee will be withheld on cancellations postmarked on or before Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Refunds are not possible after this date.

General Registration
The registration fee includes admission to the AADSM 19th Annual Meeting general sessions on June 4-6, industry supported events, 2010 President�s reception and the exhibit hall. The required fees for attending ticketed events - educational courses (June 4 and June 6) or meet the professor sessions (June 4-5) - are listed on the registration form. You must register for the AADSM 19th Annual Meeting general session to register for any ticketed events. Registrations will not be processed unless accompanied by payment in full. Your payment may be made:

Membership types are as follows:
Member: To register as a member, the registrant must currently be an individual member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a member of the society, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember for all sessions at the prevailing fees.

Student/Graduate Postdoctoral Student Member: To register as a student member, the registrant must currently be a student member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a student member of the society, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember for all sessions at the prevailing fees.

Dental Staff of AADSM Member: To register as the dental staff of an AADSM member, the registrant must currently be employed by an individual member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the employer dentist is a member of the society, the AADSM will register the individuals as a dental staff of a nonmember for all sessions at the prevailing fees.

Nonmembers: If you are not an individual member of the AADSM and would like to become a member, please complete the membership application form available at www.aadsm.org. For more information regarding AADSM membership, call the AADSM Membership Department at (630) 737-9705.

Dental Staff of AADSM Nonmember: If your employer is not an individual member of the AADSM and would like to become a member, please request that he/she completes the membership application form available at www.aadsm.org.

Guest Passes
A registered attendee may elect to buy a guest pass. These guest passes are for family members only and allow entrance to the exhibit hall and industry sponsored events only. You must be 16 years of age in order to enter the exhibit hall. List the first and last name of each registered guest on attendee�s registration form.

Housing is now open through the AADSM Housing Bureau. A full Preliminary Program will be available on the meeting�s Web site in February.
