Mandate: The mandate of the accreditation committee is to maintain the accreditation standards and processes, as approved by the board of directors, for dental sleep medicine facilities. The committee is responsible for monitoring these standards and processes making recommendations to the board of directors for changes as needed. The committee will recommend to the board of directors accreditation status for dental sleep medicine facilities.
