About the Mastery Program and Exhibit Hall

The AADSM Mastery Program is a comprehensive, clinically-focused and evidence-based education program that provides dentists with the necessary training and skills they need to provide oral appliance therapy to patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. This program is limited to licensed dentists and consists of three in-person courses (Mastery I, Mastery II, and Mastery III), each lasting two and one-half days. Upon successful completion of the program, dentists will be eligible to sit for the ABDSM certification examination.
The maximum number of attendees for each Mastery Course is 120. Dentists are given the option to register for each course individually or for all three as a bundle. 
All AADSM Mastery Courses will include space for table-top exhibits. Space is limited, however, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Companies have the option to exhibit at individual courses or for all three at a discount.

The AADSM provides unbiased, standardized education and therefore does not reference any specific appliance or other product or service during its educational courses. Attendees of Mastery will instead become familiar with the Mastery Nomenclature for Device Classification, so industry is encouraged to refer to this document when conversing with attendees.


Below is a list of confirmed AADSM Mastery Program dates.

July 24-26, 2020 – Mastery II and III
September 11-13, 2020 – Mastery I and III
November 6-8, 2020 – Mastery II only
February 19-21, 2021 – Mastery III Only

Location and Hotel Reservations

All AADSM Mastery Courses will be held at the Hyatt Lodge Conference Center, which is connected to the Hyatt Lodge located at 2815 Jorie Boulevard in Oak Brook, IL. A block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt Lodge are available at a special group rate of $155 per night plus tax and is only valid until the following dates or until the room block sells out.

Reservations must be made by individual exhibitors by either calling the hotel's reservation department at 888-421-1442 or 800-233-1234 (for all other courses) and identifying yourself as part of the AADSM Mastery Program, or booking online using the links below. If you have any difficulties making your reservation, or if you would like to book outside of the group dates, please contact the hotel's on-site reservation coordinator directly at 630-581-6608.

Application & Registration

To exhibit at the AADSM Mastery Program, complete and return the exhibitor application, located at the top of this page, with appropriate payment.  Please remit your payment-in-full at the time of application by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or by check made payable to the AADSM. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Exhibit Hall Limitations

Each company will only be allowed one table.  Applications will be accepted based on availability. A waiting list will be maintained for all exhibitors who apply after exhibitor capacity has been met.

The following services are included in the rental fee:
  • One 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted table with two chairs
  • Power strip at the table
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for interaction with attendees
  • Continental breakfast Friday-Sunday and lunch on Friday and Saturday
The following will not be provided to exhibitors:
  • Security services
  • An attendee list
  • Access to the session rooms

Rules and Regulations

All materials MUST be displayed on the table provided.  No free-standing posters or projections of any kind will be allowed to be displayed.  The AADSM will require that any items that are not placed on the table be removed. 
Exhibitors may not distribute flyers of any kind announcing events unless prior approval has been granted. The AADSM in its sole discretion shall have the right to prohibit the distribution of any samples or handouts that it deems objectionable or otherwise inappropriate.
No subletting or sharing of exhibit space is allowed. Exhibitors may show only products or services manufactured or dealt by them in the regular course of business. The featuring of a name or advertisement of a non-exhibiting firm or business is prohibited.


Exhibit Hall Assignments & Exhibitor Badges

Exhibit space assignments will be chosen on-site by the exhibitor on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6:30am on Friday.  Exhibitors will not have access to the exhibit area before this time. Exhibitor badges are required and will be available at the registration desk.     



The airports nearest to the Hyatt Lodge are O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. The hotel is approximately 18 miles from either airport.

Cancellation and Refund

All notices of cancellation must be received in writing.  The date of receipt of such notice will be used as the official cancellation date.  Notices received prior to the below stated deadline will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total exhibit amount.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the stated deadline. 

Refunds will not be applied to the original payment source (i.e., credit card). Any refunds processed by the AADSM will be paid by check to individuals in the US (or e-payment to individuals who chose to set up an account in Bill.com) and by wire transfer to individuals outside of the US.

Rejection of Application

The AADSM reserves the right to reject an application, refuse rental of display space, cancel booth space after an application is approved, or curtail or close exhibits or parts of exhibits at any time prior to or during the courses. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of AADSM management. 

Shipping Information  

It is recommended that materials for your table-top exhibit arrive at the hotel no earlier than three days prior to the start of each course.

All packages must contain a label giving the following minimum information:

1. Return Address
2. Name of group (AADSM), meeting dates, CC 2nd Floor Foyer
3. Total number of boxes being shipped
4. Contact’s name that will claim package(s)
5. Date of that person’s arrival
A handling fee will be assessed on all incoming and outgoing packages. The following charges will apply:

The AADSM will not be held liable for the shipping, receiving or displaying of exhibitors’ materials or products. Boxes shipped to the Hyatt will be brought to the Hyatt Lodge Conference Center by 6:15 am on Friday morning.
