The AADSM Annual Meeting is the premier trade show to showcase your latest products and services to dentists who practice dental sleep medicine. The 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting will be held May 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, IL.

The AADSM will only accept applications to exhibit at the 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting from companies who offer products and/or services that relate to dental sleep medicine or dental practices.

| Housing Request Application | This application is only required for exhibiting companies looking to book 10 or more sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Applications are due by April 8. |
This application is required for any exhibiting company that is looking to secure hotel meeting space for an internal meeting or hospitality suite for company employees and/or AADSM meeting attendees. Applications are due by April 17. | |
| Industry Event Application | This application is required for any exhibiting company hosting an event for meeting attendees off-site. To take advantage of promotional opportunities, applications are due by February 16. |

Take advantage of the AADSM’s discounted group rate! Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Make your reservation as soon as possible. Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may be done directly with the hotel.
Room Rate: $259, plus taxes & fees
Cut-off Date: Wednesday, April 8 or sooner if the room block sells out.
Travel and Housing Disclaimers
Beware of unauthorized housing companies who may offer cheaper hotel rates for the AADSM Annual Meeting. This practice, also known as room pirating, is a scam that all attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Attendees should only book rooms directly with the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The Hyatt Regency Chicago will never reach out to you directly to book a room; they will only ever contact you upon your request. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OR BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOMS WITH OTHER OPERATORS. The AADSM does not accept responsibility for any losses that result from registering or booking hotel rooms via unofficial vendors or websites.
Beware of email messages being sent to AADSM Annual Meeting exhibitors offering an AADSM attendee list for purchase. Any emails of this nature are fraudulent. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR MESSAGE OR PROVIDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THEM. Attendee information is only available through the purchase of lead retrieval units, which can be ordered through the exhibitor service kit provided to exhibitors in early March. The AADSM does not accept responsibility for any losses that result from providing payment information to unofficial vendors or websites.
