The AADSM Annual Meeting is the premier dental sleep medicine conference of the year. Open to dentists, dental team members, physicians, scientists, and other health care professionals who treat or have an interest in treating patients with sleep-disorder breathing – the AADSM Annual Meeting has something to offer to everyone. The meeting features the most clinically relevant and evidence-based topics in dental sleep medicine to help you provide your patients with the highest quality care.

Evolving Trends in Sleep Data: From Sleep Study Interpretations to Therapy Optimization Course Registration Rates

Registration for the 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting is required in order to register for the Evolving Trends in Sleep Data: From Sleep Study Interpretation to Therapy Optimization course.
The 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting will be conducted as a live, in-person educational activity from May 1-3, 2026 and consist of three general session tracks (Tracks A, B, and C). The meeting will be comprised of lectures, panel discussions, and roundtable discussions, followed by question and answer. The Thursday add-on course taking place on April 30 and the general sessions taking place from May 1-3 will be recorded live and made available after the meeting as an on-demand activity for a limited period of time. Registration for the in-person meeting will include access to these recordings at no additional cost. Those who are unable to attend in-person will have the option to purchase access to the recordings after the meeting.
The AADSM is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ADA.org/cerp.
The AADSM designates this activity for the following maximum CE credits depending on whether you attended in-person or listen to the recordings:
General Session
17 live, in-person CE credits for sessions attended in person
34 self-instructional, electronically mediated if you listen to the recordings

8 live, in-person CE if you attended in-person or self-instructional, electronically mediated if you listen to the recordings
Registrations will not be processed unless accompanied by payment in full. Registration forms that are incomplete or do not include full payment will be returned. If you are paying by check or international money order, please note that all payments must be made in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Confirmation
After registering for the 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting, a confirmation email will be sent from the AADSM. It is recommended that you bring your confirmation email with you to the meeting. This will allow you to pick up your registration materials by using ExpressPass®. If there are any questions or discrepancies with your registration, the confirmation email will provide the information necessary to quickly resolve the issue.
Cancellation and Refunds - 2026 AADSM Annual Meeting
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the AADSM national office at annualmeeting@aadsm.org. A $50.00 administrative fee will be withheld on the cancellation postmarked on or before April 10, 2026. Refunds are not possible after this date. If you are registered for the meeting and do not attend, you will not be provided a refund.Refunds
Refunds will be applied to the original payment source (i.e., credit card, check). Any refunds applied via check will be processed by the AADSM to individuals in the US (or e-payment to individuals who chose to set up an account in Bill.com) and by wire transfer to individuals outside of the US.
Registration Types
- Member: To register as a member, the registrant must currently be an individual member of the AADSM. If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a member, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember at the prevailing nonmember fees.
- Student Member: To register as a student member, the registrant must currently be a student member of the AADSM. If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a student member, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember at the prevailing nonmember fees.
- Dental Team Member: To register as an AADSM dental team member, the registrant must currently be an individual member of the AADSM. If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a member, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember at the prevailing fees.
- Federal Service Member: To register as a federal service member, the registrant must currently be a federal service member of the AADSM. If the AADSM is unable to confirm that the individual is a federal service member, the AADSM will register the individual as a nonmember at the prevailing nonmember fees.

No cameras will be allowed on the exhibit floor or in the meeting rooms at any time. COVID-19 and Mitigation of Infectious Illness
If a participant is not feeling well, they are encouraged to seek appropriate medical assistance and not attend a public meeting. Specifically, COVID-19 is an endemic virus, and participants are expected to follow all local, state and federal regulations concerning mitigation of the COVID-19 virus or other illnesses where public health authorities have provided advisories regarding public meetings. AADSM supports participants, staff, guests and vendors who voluntarily choose to use masks to reduce their risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses. Participants should respect the personal boundaries that others may have due to their desire to mitigate the risk COVID-19 and other infectious illnesses. AADSM assumes no liability for illness caused by COVID-19 or other illnesses. Meeting participants assume the risk of attending public meetings and should exercise precautions appropriate to their circumstances.

All 2025 meeting recording registrations are final; no refunds will be provided. An email confirmation will be sent after online registration is completed.
