In Memoriam: Dr. Rosemarie Rohatgi
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rosemarie Rohatgi, DMD. Dr. Rohatgi was the founder and owner of San Diego Sleep Therapy and dedicated her practice entirely to dental sleep medicine. She was an active member of the AADSM serving on the Board of Directors as a Director-at-Large from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, she volunteered on various AADSM task forces and committees, including the task forces that developed the consensus paper on Defining and Measuring Compliance With Oral Appliance Therapy and the position statement Oral Appliance Therapy Should be Reimbursed After CPAP Intolerance. She was also an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Past-President of San Diego’s Academy of General Dentistry, and served as a board member for both the Parkinson’ s Association of San Diego and American Parkinson’s Disease Association. She will be remembered for her vibrance, compassion, strength, intellect and spirit. |  |
