About the TMD for DSM Dentist Workshop

When providing oral appliance therapy (OAT), dentists are likely to encounter temporomandibular disorder (TMD) – whether it be new patients with a history or complaints that emerge during treatment. This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between sleep-focused care and effective TMD management.

This in-person comprehensive learning experience will help dentists recognize, evaluate, and treat TMD in the context of dental sleep medicine – so they can confidently care for patients managing both obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and TMD.

This experiential, two-day workshop will take place at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry in downtown Chicago, IL over from February 28-March 1, 2026. Tabletop exhibits will be included at the university where attendees will take breaks and have meals.

The maximum number of attendees for this workshop is 60. Exhibit space is extremely limited (9 companies per workshop) and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
