About the AADSM Mastery Program

The AADSM Mastery Program is a comprehensive, clinically focused and evidence-based education program that provides dentists with the necessary training and skills they need to provide oral appliance therapy to patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. This program is limited to licensed dentists and consists of two courses (Mastery 1 and Mastery 2). Upon successful completion of the program, dentists will be eligible to sit for the ABDSM certification examination.

The AADSM provides unbiased, standardized education and therefore does not reference any specific appliance or other product or service during its educational courses. Attendees of Mastery will instead become familiar with the Mastery Nomenclature for Device Classification, so industry is encouraged to refer to this document when corresponding with attendees.

The AADSM will be hosting Mastery 2 in-person, November 3-6, 2022, in Phoenix, AZ. An exhibit hall with tabletop exhibits will be included. 

The maximum number of attendees for the course is 130. Exhibit space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hotel is located 10 miles from the Sky Harbor International Airport (approximately a 15-minute drive).

How to Apply

To exhibit at the in-person Mastery 2 course, complete and return the exhibitor application, located at the top of this page, with appropriate payment. Payment must be received in full at the time of application. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or by a check in US funds drawn on a US bank, made payable to AADSM. Please do not submit the application via email if form includes credit card information. Payment will be processed upon receipt of the application; the processing of this payment in no way constitutes the acceptance of the application.

Exhibit Hall Limitations

Each company will only be allowed one table and a maximum of one representative.  Applications will be accepted based on availability. A waiting list will be maintained for all exhibitors who apply after exhibitor capacity has been met.

The following services are included in the rental fee:

  • One, 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted table with two chairs
  • Power strip at the table
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for interaction with attendees
  • Continental breakfast Friday-Sunday and lunch Friday and Saturday
The following will not be provided to exhibitors:
  • Security services
  • An attendee list
  • Access to the session rooms

Exhibit Hall Assignments and Badges

Exhibit space assignments will be chosen on-site by the exhibitor on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors will not have access to the exhibit area before the designated move-in time as stated above. Exhibitor badges are required and will be available at the registration desk.

Cancellation or Refund

All notices of cancellation must be received in writing.  The date of receipt of such notice will be used as the official cancellation date.  Notices received prior to  October 13, 2022 for Mastery 2 will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total exhibit amount.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this deadline. 

Refunds will not be applied to the original payment source (i.e., credit card). Any refunds processed by the AADSM will be paid by check to individuals in the US (or e-payment to individuals who chose to set up an account in and by wire transfer to individuals outside of the US.

Rejection of Application

The AADSM reserves the right to reject an application, refuse rental of display space, cancel booth space after an application is approved, or curtail or close exhibits or parts of exhibits at any time prior to or during the courses. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of AADSM management.
